$150.00 FinCEN BOI (Beneficial Ownership): Currently debatable if required for U.S.–formed LLCs. It applies mainly to foreign companies registering to do business in the U.S. If it applies to you, we’ll prepare the BOI report and you can choose to have us file it for you. (Foreign companies registered before Mar 26, 2025 had to file by Apr 25, 2025; new foreign registrations generally have 30 days to file.)
